• MODALITY

Our modality is demonstrative / participatory. Our classes are aimed at anyone who wants to acquire new techniques and recipes for 100% Plant Based cooking. This is a space for continuous experimentation. Cooking requires practice and periodic exercise. This develops the re-education of the palate, sensory perception and the hand of the cook.

  • Our Method

Experience is the basis of knowledge: getting together to cook at least once a week generates an environment of sensory experimentation, in which culinary and thinking tools are translated into exquisite preparations. During the course we encourage the act of cooking to transform it into a habit.

  • Our Purpose

Cultivate gourmets. Foodies trained to nourish themselves and others in a delicious and sustainable way. Enjoyers capable of manipulating vegetables, minerals, microorganisms and culinary techniques, so that their food becomes real nourishment and a true pleasure.
