WHO IS THIS PROPOSAL AIMED AT? These classes are aimed at anyone who wants to incorporate Plant Based recipes and cooking techniques. It is not exclusively for professionals. Only the Workshp .Cocina Y Fermentos requires some previous knowledge.
METHODOLOGY: The classes will be held in Buenos Aires, you will have the opportunity to elaborate recipes together with the teachers. You will also have access to a virtual campus from where you can download the recipes and will be in contact with classmates and teachers until 30 days after the end of the course.
WHAT DO I GET ACCESS TO WITH MY REGISTRATION. You will have access to classroom classes, recipes, materials, and tasting. We will provide you with aprons for the practical classes. You will have access to the Virtual Campus where the recipe books will be uploaded, and you will be able to download the course completion certificate.

Classes will be held in the Palermo neighborhood, in C.A.B.A, Buenos Aires. We will send you the exact address and directions to get there close to the class date.
Each class lasts 2.30 hours to 4 hours depending on the class or workshop you are enrolled in. They are participatory classes. You don't need to bring anything, we will have ready materials, aprons, recipe booklet and of course tasting of each preparation.
Of course, Crudo is a learning space. Tasks in the kitchen will be assigned in such a way that everyone can participate according to their willingness and abilities.
Yes, the classes are all 100% Plant Based. We do not use animal products, premixes or hyper industrialized products. We teach you how to prepare your inputs from scratch: butters, doughs, fillings, ferments...
