INDICATIONS FOR THE DAY OF YOUR CLASS
Known as "vegetable meat," seitan is a wheat protein with a firm texture and versatile flavor. You will learn how to create this ingredient from scratch and discover how to incorporate it deliciously into your burgers.
Tempeh, originally from Indonesia, is a fermented product. It is rich in protein and nutritionally beneficial. You will learn the fermentation techniques to make chickpea tempeh and how to enhance its flavor in our burgers.
This tropical wonder, known as "breadfruit," is a unique option for texturizing our burgers. You will discover how to prepare and season jackfruit to create irresistibly delicious burgers.
Tempeh and Goju -ketchup lacquered burgers / Amazing Burger: Jackfruit Burger / "Pastrami" (fermented seitan) sandwich / Mustard and Sweet and Sour Cucumbers.
We will taste each of the preparations with a glass of wine or Mocktail. A vegan experience, suitable for carnivores.

The courses at Crudo are aimed at anyone who wants to incorporate techniques and recipes from the Plant Based kitchen. In case the course requires a more advanced level, we indicate it in the description. Professional equipment will not be necessary to reproduce our content.
To reserve your place in the courses, full or partial payment is required from our website or by contacting us at [email protected]. The course must be paid 15 days before the beginning of the course. If you have any incidence at the time of booking your place, you can write us and our team will find the best solution.
The workshop is a course with theoretical and practical content. The teachers in charge will demonstrate the techniques and recipes.
You have 10 days to cancel the registration, as long as there is at least one month left before the beginning of the course. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the administration fees.
In the hypothetical case that the course is cancelled for reasons of force majeure or for not reaching the minimum number of participants, the total amount paid will be refunded in the currency in which the payment was made, without exception.
