We are waiting for you to be part of this cycle of face-to-face classes taught by Máximo Cabrera in Barcelona. It consists of 6 participative sessions, designed for you to develop in the kitchen of the plant kingdom.

In this class we will make some plant based versions of classic Latin American dishes:


  • Causa limeña, mixed ceviche and Ocopa sauce
  • Mbeju (cassava omelet), burnt beets and sour cream
  • Empanada criolla and chimichurri
